Start your career with an RFS Apprenticeship Programme
Our Land-Based Service Engineering Technician Apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed for a rewarding career in agricultural & turf industries.
Over a period of 36 to 48 months, you will work towards nationally recognised qualifications through a structured apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship is delivered in two stages, requiring successful completion of the Land-Based Service Engineering Technician Level 2 qualification before progressing to Level 3.
Throughout the programme, you will gain valuable hands-on experience at one of our depots, working alongside experienced technicians and industry experts. This practical learning is complemented by block-release training at the purpose-built John Deere Training Centre in Nottinghamshire, delivered in partnership with ProVQ Limited.
By combining workplace experience with specialist technical training, you will develop the expertise required to maintain, diagnose, and repair the latest agricultural machinery and equipment, creating a strong foundation for a long-term career within the industry.
